CORE | month-of COORDINATION

Our framework includes a preparation and a coordination phase. We’ll provide resources that allow you to make most of the plans yourself - with some professional guidance along the way - and then make sure those plans happen!

Form | PARTIAL DESIGN

Do you have like 84 ideas but aren’t sure how to bring them together cohesively? Please allow us. This package features a collaborative design process that includes an inspiration audit, custom design board, event styling, and endless hype.

Function | PARTIAL PLANNING

If you’re eager to design your day but need extra support on the “boring stuff" - things like to do lists, guest management, vendor research, bus schedules, google calendars, and checking all of your contracts - then you want this one.

Efficiency | FULL SCALE

This is the one where I hold your hand. Not like, literally, of course (unless you ask? maybe? idk lol). We’ll work together from the moment someone says “yes” to develop your concept, find your ideal venue and team, and bring it all to life. Your partner’s got your left hand. We’ve got your right.

This streamlined, condensed month-of coordination is for couples who realized within two months of their wedding date - “F-word, I think we actually do need a coordinator.”

Honestly, most successful days do in fact have all of those things. But successful and stress-free days ALSO have planners. Our scope of service covers your WHOLE wedding day from the moment you sign on. We’re here to educate, to advocate, and make sure that all of those fab aforementioned people are set up for success and focused on their role for your big day.
Day One is based in Sewickley, PA and primarily serves couples in western Pennsylvania. However, we have an extensive background in planning events remotely and love to travel!
